the moral of the story...

if there is one thing i learnt this semester... it's that we should just s/u* everything... then you dun have to worry that it's gonna pull down your grade... you might have to worry that it's not going to help pull your grade up... but i guess if that's the case... you most likely wouldn't need it...

because i "ge kiang" (ge kiang = act smart) my cap went up 0.05 instead of 0.09... and for me... and possibily most people... i think every little bitty point counts... that's the moral of this semester... i hope i learn something here... and i hope you (whoever you might be...) learnt something too... because...

the unwise do not learn form their mistakes,
most learn from their own mistakes,
but the wise learn from the mistakes of other...

*s - satisfactory u - unstatisfactory
if you really must know what s/u is, you could ask... but if you need to ask... it's only because you dun need to know it in the first place...

grinchy christmas...

this is a grinchy christmas... i "techincally" dissapeared for the christmas weekend...

harry potter's last book has a title... finally... harry potter and the deathly hallow... looking forward...

exams results in hours... goinng to be grinchy somemore... no energy for any other emotions...

dreams central...

Had a couple of weird dreams lately. Nothing too weird about that? But there is!!! Had 2 dreams with similar themes lately. I dreamt about buses running over people. And the people or the bus would then burst in flames. All the more dramatic, both dreams happend at night in dim places. Cannot really remember who got ran over though.

I seem to attract shuttlecocks... haha
It's also the anniversary of my enlistment date... haha... 4th anni...

dreams...

It's only been 2 days after the end of exams and end of the school term. AND. I had a dream about school already. Could I be missing school already? Personally, I don't really believe it.

Met some secondary school friends yesterday. Everyone looks the same. Found out that one of them had a near death experience recently. Well, at least it was only near death. I must say that it might be because of that experience that she seems to be behaving differently now.

ahhhh.... free...

haha... exams are finally over... yay!!!

Watched Flags of our Fathers just now. It wasn't bad, it was just boring at times. It talked about the fact that heroes are man made and most of the time, the heroes themselves don't think what they've done is worth anything more than what is expected of them. So sociology. I had quite a high expectation of it. I mean it was a movie on Tuesday at 4pm and we bought the tickets at 3pm and ended up in the 3rd row from the front. Says alot.

Spent time with Walter, Gabe, Kelwin, Watson, Ben and special guest Eugene Ruan. Good evening, especially after exams.

bad start to a day... ouch!!!

okie... this is really a bad start to the day... went as usual to the track for a little jog... everything a usual... then there is this lady... nothing wrong with a lady... carrying a dog while running...

Suddenly, she starts screaming. I was kinda shocked. I ran past her without really hearing what she said. Then she said it again. Bees. This time there was visual aid. There were bees flying around her. I don't know what she did to the piss the bees off but they were pissed with her. I asked her if she needed help to carry her dog as she seemed to be having trouble running away with the dog.

Me: Do you need help to carry YOUR dog?

Crazed Bee lady: No, the dog belongs to my son.

Who answers a question like that? Grice would have turned in his grave, talk about being cooperative. I think Ho Chee Lick would have found this extremely funny. Anyways the bees were flying around me already by then. So I ran off.

Some weird things that I noticed now that I don't have crazed bees flying around me:

1. The rest of the people at the track didnt seemed to be affected by the bees.
2. Where was her son? I hope she didn't leave him somewhere with more crazed bees.
3. The dog seemed to be enjoying itself. Wasn't barking, wasn't irritated by the bees.

Okie... got stung twice... i hope the bee lady is fine... if the papers run an article on some lady dying from bee stings, i might feel bad... i hope i don't get a delayed allergic reaction during the exam later... imagine me foaming at the mouth during the exam...
