summer movies...
What do you really expect when you watch a summer flick? Apparently for my brother, he still expects a storyline. I think the first thing that you should do when you watch a summer flick is that there is no "good" storyline. Summer movies are brainless. And that is an understatement.
Just watched X-Men3. I must admit it was a good ending to a trilogy. But it did start another one. That's a summer movie for you. There was suppose to be something at the end of the credits. However if you missed it, it wasn't really that big a miss. It was kind of like a B-grade horror movie trailer where the monster is shown not "dead". The "short" (understatement) clip at the end of the credits was quite the trailer for the next movie, right after the titbit they fed us with Megneto regaining bits of his power.
*Okie, the next 7 sentences will touch on the "short" clip after the credits. If you missed it, you maybe a little lost.
Who was the voice that greeted the doctor at the end? Xavier? My younger brother says that Charles has moved into the man who has no higher brain functions' body. My older brother's conspiracy theory is that it's someone from the doctor's past. Right. The Charles theory is so much more believable. Another summer movie side-effect. Logic don't work anymore.
The movie was actually quite dramatic. People died. This is an understatement too. I think they killed too many main characters. Maybe it's a way of getting a new storyline so that the next few movies they make will have new villians and newer heroes. If I didn't remember wrongly, in a recent interview with Hugh Jackman, Wolverine, actually said something like he has already signed on for the next installment. However, the next movie he's refering to may just be a Wolverine spin off. Honestly, 3 is a crowd.

i believe that the voice is Prof X cos the doctor is actually his wife. And in the beginning of the show, Prof X mentioned something about implanting cells in a brain dead person. =)
how you know it's his wife? did they mention that? anyways... if it isn't prof x then how are they going to have a sequel? anyways what he actually implied was to transplant the entire brain into the guy's healthy body... i think...
cos Moira is Prof X's wife and that was what the voice said. Background knowledge... =) And there isn't supposed to be a sequel.. Not for the moment at least. And he never say transplant whole brain wat...
